President & CEO
François Roberge is a CPA with over 30 years' experience in finance and M&A in the pharmaceutical and other sectors. He has been previously EVP and CFO at Jamp Pharma for 8 years. He is an experienced leader with expertise in the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical products. Mr. Roberge is President & CFO of LSL Pharma Group Inc. since 2013.
LUC MAINVILLE
Senior V.P. and CFO
Luc Mainville has over 25 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He was Senior VP and CFO of Valeo Pharma Inc, Interim CEO of Acerus Pharmaceuticals Corp, Partner at KPMG, President and CEO of Neopharm Labs Inc. and LAB Research Inc, and Vice-President of BIOTECanada. He joined LSL Pharma Group Inc. in December 2023
FRANCIS CHENARD
Senior V.P. and Chief Operating Officer
Francis Chenard holds a Bachelor Degree in Science and has over 25 years of experience in business development and R & D in three sectors of activity: pharmaceutical, natural health products and food. He recently joined LSL Laboratory Inc. in 2022.

NATHALIE TOUTANT
V.P. Scientific Affairs
Nathalie Toutant has over 30 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining LSL Pharma Group Inc. in 2020, she was Director of Scientific Affairs for a major generic pharmaceutical company, where she was responsible for identifying opportunities (products and partners) in strategic planning and ensuring the development of generic products.
SYLVIE LAPLANTE
Corporate Quality Director
Sylvie Laplante has more than 25 years' experience in the pharmaceutical and food industries, mainly in development and commercial production. She has expertise in cGMP quality and compliance, GMP manufacturing, implementation or improvement of quality and compliance systems, compliance audits and regulatory inspections (FDA, WHO, Health Canada). Sylvie joined LSL Pharma Group Inc. in January, 2023.
